Booking Policy

R.A.D. Films Booking Policy

All projects begin with a free consultation.

Consultations are intended to discuss:

  • project goals,

  • production needs,

  • scheduling,

  • logistics,

  • creative direction,

  • and service compatibility.

Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee booking availability.

Booking Confirmation

Projects are not officially confirmed until:

  • required agreements are signed,

  • scheduling is approved,

  • and applicable deposits are paid.

R.A.D. Films reserves the right to decline projects at its discretion.

Payment Schedule

Deposits are generally due on or before the scripting session or production confirmation stage.

Remaining balances are due on or before the scheduled production date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Productions may be postponed or canceled if payment is not received by the required deadline.

Scheduling & Production Flow

Typical project workflow may include:

  1. Free consultation

  2. Pre-production or scripting session

  3. Scheduling confirmation

  4. Production/shoot day

  5. Editing and revisions

  6. Final delivery

Project timelines may vary depending on production complexity, revisions, scheduling, and client responsiveness.

Delivery Timelines

Final edited projects are generally delivered approximately one (1) week after the final production date unless otherwise discussed.

Revision turnaround times typically range from one (1) to three (3) days depending on request scope and workload.

Delivery timelines may extend if:

  • clients delay responses,

  • revisions are delayed,

  • project materials are submitted late,

  • or unforeseen circumstances occur.

Delivery Methods

Projects are typically delivered digitally through services such as:

  • Dropbox

  • Google Drive

  • or other agreed delivery methods

Alternative delivery methods may be arranged upon request.

Studio Sessions & Time Blocks

Studio rentals and productions are scheduled in time blocks determined during consultation.

Session timing, setup requirements, and production needs may affect scheduling availability.

Overtime accommodations are not guaranteed and are handled case-by-case depending on crew availability and scheduling constraints.

Travel & Locations

Travel within the Greater Phoenix Area is generally included unless otherwise specified.

Projects outside the Greater Phoenix Area may require additional travel fees, lodging costs, permits, or production expenses discussed during consultation.

Clients requesting specialized locations requiring permits, fees, reservations, or permissions may be responsible for associated costs.

Equipment & Studio Responsibility

Clients are responsible for damage caused to studio spaces, equipment, props, or gear resulting from negligence, misuse, reckless behavior, or unauthorized usage.

R.A.D. Films reserves the right to deny equipment usage or terminate sessions involving unsafe or improper conduct.

Safety & Conduct

R.A.D. Films reserves the right to refuse or stop productions involving:

  • unsafe activity,

  • dangerous stunts,

  • illegal conduct,

  • harassment,

  • discrimination,

  • explicit sexual content,

  • intoxication,

  • or behavior creating unsafe working conditions.

All stunt or physical activity participation is voluntary and performed at the participant’s own risk.

R.A.D. Films retains final authority regarding production safety decisions and may modify or stop physical scenes when necessary.

Public Filming Disclaimer

Productions filmed in public locations may be affected by factors outside R.A.D. Films’ control, including:

  • weather,

  • crowds,

  • noise,

  • interruptions,

  • security restrictions,

  • or environmental conditions.

R.A.D. Films is not responsible for disruptions caused by uncontrollable public filming conditions.

Copyright & Client-Supplied Material

Clients are responsible for obtaining proper rights, permissions, or licenses for any copyrighted material they request to include in projects, including music, logos, trademarks, or branded content.

R.A.D. Films is not responsible for copyright claims resulting from unauthorized client-supplied material.

Policy Updates

R.A.D. Films reserves the right to update or modify booking policies at any time without prior notice.

Continued booking or participation constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
