R.A.D. Films Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: May 2026

All deposits paid to R.A.D. Films are non-refundable.

Deposits secure scheduling, pre-production planning, and project availability.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request one (1) personal reschedule without penalty if notice is provided at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled production date.

Additional personal rescheduling requests may be denied or subject to additional fees.

Rescheduling requests made within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled production date may incur a $119.95 rescheduling fee.

If R.A.D. Films must reschedule a project, no penalties or additional fees will apply to the client.

Weather, Emergencies & Unforeseen Circumstances

R.A.D. Films reserves the right to reschedule productions due to circumstances outside reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Unsafe filming conditions

  • Equipment failure

  • Power outages

  • Illness

  • Emergencies

  • Location restrictions

  • Government or public safety restrictions

In these situations, rescheduling will always be attempted first whenever reasonably possible.

If rescheduling cannot occur or the client declines rescheduling, refunds may be issued on a prorated basis depending on production progress completed prior to cancellation.

Prorated Refund Structure

Refunds are determined based on the amount of completed production work.

General refund structure may include:

  • Scripting completed only: deposit retained

  • Approximately 25% of production completed: up to 50% refund of remaining balance

  • Approximately 50% completed: up to 30% refund

  • Approximately 75% completed: up to 20% refund

  • Editing substantially completed: limited refund eligibility

  • Fully completed productions are generally non-refundable

Refund determinations are made at R.A.D. Films’ discretion based on work already performed, production costs, labor, scheduling, and project progress.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late for scheduled productions or sessions forfeit the amount of session time missed.

Clients more than one (1) hour late may be considered a same-day cancellation.

No-shows may result in cancellation of the session without refund.

Revision Policy

Projects include up to two (2) reasonable revisions unless otherwise specified.

Revisions apply only to editing adjustments and reasonable modification requests.

Revisions do not include:

  • reshoots,

  • major story restructuring,

  • extensive visual effects changes,

  • complete re-edits,

  • or substantial creative redevelopment.

Additional revisions may require additional fees.

Revision requests must be submitted within one (1) to three (3) days of project delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

Project Abandonment

Projects may be considered abandoned if a client becomes unresponsive for more than thirty (30) days without prior communication.

Abandoned projects may be closed without refund.

Policy Updates

R.A.D. Films reserves the right to update or modify refund/cancellation policies at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
