R.A.D. Films is always looking for passionate creatives to join our growing production network throughout the Greater Phoenix area and across Arizona. Whether your experience is in acting, camera work, editing, audio, production, marketing, or another area of expertise, we’d love to hear from you.

We welcome all skill levels, from those just starting out to experienced professionals. Our goal is to build a reliable, collaborative team where creatives can gain real production experience, grow their skills, and work on meaningful projects together.

Most positions are project-based and team members may be contacted as opportunities become available. Compensation varies depending on the scope and budget of each production, but all accepted team members will receive compensation for their work.
