  • Your Movie Moment is a personalized short film experience where we work with you to create a custom movie based on your ideas, vision, and chosen style. From scripting and filming to editing and final delivery, we guide you through the full filmmaking process to create your very own movie moment.

  • No. During the scripting session, we work with you to develop your ideas, vision, characters, and story. We then help structure and write the script based on your concept.

  • Rather than providing random pre-written scripts, we create custom stories based on your vision and ideas to make the experience personal to you.

  • Yes. We help with brainstorming, story development, structure, dialogue, and scene ideas. While the core vision comes from you, we handle the majority of the scripting and development process collaboratively.

  • No. Every movie package includes one actor from R.A.D. Films. You are welcome to act in the film yourself, bring additional actors, or add more actors from us depending on your project needs.

  • Each movie package includes up to 5 cast participants. Additional participants may be added depending on the project and package.

    Friends and family are welcome to attend, but only designated cast members will actively participate in production.

  • We offer a wide range of genres and styles depending on the type of story you want to create.

  • Yes. We can film throughout the Greater Phoenix Area, including:

    • Residential locations

    • Parks

    • Desert or mountain areas

    • Urban/downtown environments

    • Public spaces

    • Other approved locations

    Location details are finalized during planning and consultation.

  • Absolutely. Bringing your own props, wardrobe, or themed items is encouraged if they fit the vision and style of your project.

  • Yes. Editing is included with all Your Movie Moment productions.

    This includes:

    • Full editing

    • Sound design

    • Music

    • Color correction

    • Final film delivery

    • Two revision rounds

  • Final runtime depends on the selected movie package.

    Current package lengths are:

    • 3–5 minute films

    • 8–12 minute films

  • Typical production timeline includes:

    • Free 10-minute consultation

    • Up to 2-hour scripting session

    • Up to 8-hour shoot day

    • Final edit delivered within approximately 1 week after filming

    Project timelines may vary depending on production scope.

  • Participants must be at least 5 years old.

    Participants under 16 require a parent or guardian present during production. Participants ages 16–17 require parent or guardian permission.

  • Our primary production camera is the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K.

  • Your film may be shared on R.A.D. Films platforms, social media, or portfolio materials unless you specifically request otherwise.

    Clients are also free to post and share their films however they would like. We simply ask that R.A.D. Films is credited or tagged whenever possible.

  • An initial deposit is due on or before the scripting session. Remaining balances are due on or before the scheduled shoot day unless otherwise discussed.

    All freelance work begins with a free consultation to discuss production requirements and provide accurate pricing.

  • Yes. We travel throughout the Greater Phoenix Area for freelance productions, with additional travel opportunities available depending on the project and consultation.

  • R.A.D. Films combines film production experience with movement, coaching, and stunt-related backgrounds.

Creative Studio Services

  • Our studio services currently include:

  • Our studio space location is currently being finalized within the Greater Phoenix Area.

  • For most studio services, equipment is included as part of the session.

    For Private Studio Sessions, equipment access may be added depending on the booking and requires supervision if studio gear is being used.

  • Yes. Clients are welcome to bring their own equipment, especially for Private Studio Sessions.

  • Editing is not included by default for most studio services, but editing add-ons may be available depending on the project and consultation.

  • The studio is designed as a smaller, creator-focused production space intended for:

    • Individual creators

    • Interviews

    • Podcasts

    • Self-tapes

    • Headshots

    • Small-scale productions

  • Pricing is determined based on the scope, complexity, timeline, and needs of each project.

    All services begins with a free consultation to discuss client needs and provide accurate pricing.

General Policies

  • Yes. All services include a free 10-minute consultation to discuss your project, goals, and production needs.

  • Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours before the scheduled shoot date may be accommodated without penalty.

    Requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled production date will incur a $119.95 rescheduling fee.

    Rescheduling availability may extend up to 4 weeks depending on scheduling availability.

    If R.A.D. Films need to reschedule, no penalty will be applied to the client.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

    In situations involving circumstances outside of production control, including severe weather, emergencies, power outages, or similar uncontrollable events.

    Refunds may be issued only if rescheduling is not possible.

    Approved refunds will be prorated based on production completion status.

  • All projects include two revision rounds to address reasonable edit changes or concerns.

    We work collaboratively with clients throughout the process to ensure the final product aligns with the agreed-upon vision.

  • Most productions are scheduled on weekends, though limited weekday availability may be possible depending on project scope and scheduling needs. Availability is discussed during consultation.
