R.A.D. Films values your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information shared through our website, consultations, bookings, productions, and creative services.

By using our services, website, or submitting information through booking/contact forms, you agree to the practices outlined below.

Information We Collect

R.A.D. Films may collect information including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Project or consultation details

  • Booking information

  • Production-related files or materials

  • Scripts, creative concepts, audio, photo, and video content created during sessions

  • Filming location information when applicable

Information is collected only as reasonably necessary to provide services, communicate with clients, schedule projects, and complete productions.

How Information Is Used

  • Schedule consultations and productions

  • Communicate regarding projects or bookings

  • Deliver completed media files

  • Process invoices and payments

R.A.D. Films does not sell client personal information.

Media & Content Usage

Unless otherwise requested by the client prior to public posting, R.A.D. Films may use completed projects, behind-the-scenes content, production stills, or excerpts for:

  • Marketing or promotional materials

  • Demo reels or business showcases

Clients may request that their content not be publicly posted. Requests must be made prior to public release of the project.

Minor participants require guardian consent for any public media usage.

File Retention & Storage

Completed edits may be retained indefinitely for archival or portfolio purposes.

Raw footage and project files may be retained for a minimum of six (6) months after project completion but may be deleted at any time after that period at R.A.D. Films’ discretion.

Clients are strongly encouraged to download and back up all delivered files upon receipt.

R.A.D. Films is not responsible for lost files after delivery.

Third-Party Services

R.A.D. Films may use third-party platforms and services including but not limited to:

  • Squarespace

  • Calendly

  • Dropbox

  • Google Drive

  • Stripe

These services may collect or process data according to their own privacy policies.

Minors

Participants under 18 years old require parent or guardian consent for all productions, bookings, and agreements.

Participants age 15 and under must have a parent or guardian present during productions or sessions unless otherwise approved in writing.

Communication

By submitting contact or booking forms, clients consent to receiving communication from R.A.D. Films regarding:

  • Scheduling

  • Project updates

  • Deliveries

  • Booking confirmations

  • Service-related communication

Clients may request communication preferences at any time.

Policy Updates

R.A.D. Films reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.
