Welcome to R.A.D. Films. By booking, participating in, or using any service provided by R.A.D. Films (“R.A.D. Films,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all productions, freelance services, studio services, consultations, rentals, filming sessions, and digital deliverables provided by R.A.D. Films.

Services

R.A.D. Films provides creative production services including, but not limited to:

  • Your Movie Moment productions

  • Freelance filmmaking services

  • Directing

  • Videography

  • Video editing

  • Acting

  • Stunt work

  • Project Planning

  • Assistant directing

  • Script development

  • Headshots

  • Photoshoots

  • Podcast recording

  • Self-tape auditions

  • Studio rentals

  • Interview recording

All services are subject to availability, consultation approval, and project fit.

Booking Requirements

A project is considered officially booked only after:

  • Consultation approval

  • Required deposit payment

  • Signed agreements/forms when applicable

R.A.D. Films reserves the right to refuse projects for any reason including unsafe conditions, scheduling conflicts, illegal activity, explicit sexual content, hateful content, harassment, or projects outside operational capability.

Payments

Deposits are typically required at or before the scripting or planning session.

Final payment is due on or before the scheduled production day unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

  • Cancellation of the production

  • Delay of filming

  • Withholding of final deliverables

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Invoice payments

  • Card payments

  • Digital payment platforms

  • Other approved payment methods

Revisions

Most editing services include up to two revision rounds unless otherwise stated.

Revisions apply only to reasonable editing adjustments and do not include:

  • Reshoots

  • Full story rewrites

  • Major restructuring

  • Extensive VFX reworks

  • Entire creative overhauls

Additional revisions may require additional fees.

Revision requests must be submitted within 1–3 days of final delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Projects are considered complete once:

  • Final files are delivered, and

  • The revision request window expires

Delivery & File Storage

Final files are typically delivered through Dropbox, Google Drive, or another agreed digital delivery method.

Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed but are generally:

  • Final edits delivered approximately one week after final shoot day

  • Revision turnaround typically completed within a reasonable timeframe

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered files.

R.A.D. Films retains:

  • Finished edits indefinitely when possible

  • Raw footage for a minimum of 6 months unless otherwise determined

Raw footage is not included unless specifically purchased or agreed upon.

R.A.D. Films may delete raw project files after the retention period without notice.

Creative Rights & Usage

Clients receive broad usage rights to their completed final deliverables for both personal and commercial use.

Clients may:

  • Post content publicly

  • Monetize content

  • Use films for branding, social media, business promotion, or personal use

Credit/tagging of R.A.D. Films is appreciated and encouraged whenever possible.

R.A.D. Films retains:

  • Portfolio rights

  • Promotional usage rights

  • Social media/website showcase rights

unless the client requests otherwise prior to public posting.

R.A.D. Films retains ownership of:

  • Raw project files

  • Unused footage

  • Production assets

  • Behind-the-scenes materials

If clients substantially alter, AI-modify, or re-edit the final work, any reposted version should clearly state that the original production was created by R.A.D. Films and later modified.

Public Posting & Portfolio Usage

R.A.D. Films may use completed projects for:

  • Portfolio display

  • Website content

  • Social media

  • Promotional material

  • Demo reels

Clients may request that their project not be publicly posted. Requests must be made before public release/posting.

For minors, guardian approval may be required regarding public media usage.

Scheduling & Attendance

Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for scheduled sessions.

Late arrivals:

  • Forfeit lost session time

  • Arrivals exceeding one hour may be treated as cancellations

No-shows may result in:

  • Session cancellation

  • Loss of deposits/payments

  • Forfeiture of scheduled production time

Repeated consultation or session no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Projects inactive or abandoned for 30+ days without communication may be considered abandoned and closed.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule once for personal reasons if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled production date.

Late rescheduling requests may incur a $119.95 rescheduling fee.

Rescheduling due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Equipment failure

  • Emergencies

  • Illness

  • Force majeure events

may be accommodated without penalty depending on circumstances.

R.A.D. Films reserves the right to reschedule productions if necessary. No penalties apply when rescheduling is initiated by R.A.D. Films.

Studio & Equipment Use

Clients using studio spaces or supervised equipment agree to:

  • Use all spaces responsibly

  • Follow staff safety instructions

  • Respect equipment limitations

Clients are financially responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, abuse, or reckless behavior involving:

  • Cameras

  • Lighting

  • Audio equipment

  • Props

  • Backdrops

  • Studio property

R.A.D. Films reserves the right to terminate sessions involving unsafe or destructive conduct.

Safety & Physical Activity

Some productions may involve:

  • Action scenes

  • Parkour

  • Fight choreography

  • Physical movement

  • Prop weapons

Participation is voluntary and performed at the participant’s own risk.

Clients must:

  • Disclose relevant physical limitations or injuries

  • Follow safety instructions

  • Avoid reckless conduct

R.A.D. Films reserves final authority to:

  • Modify choreography

  • Remove unsafe elements

  • Refuse dangerous stunt requests

  • Stop productions for safety reasons

Prop weapons, airsoft items, fake knives, cosplay weapons, or similar items are subject to approval and may be refused at R.A.D. Films’ discretion.

Minors

Participants under 18 require guardian consent.

Participants:

  • Age 15 and under require guardian presence during productions

  • Ages 16–17 require guardian approval and signed agreements

Guardians must sign all required legal agreements for minors.

Client Conduct

R.A.D. Films maintains a professional and respectful environment.

Harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, intoxication, threats, unsafe behavior, or abusive conduct may result in:

  • Immediate session termination

  • Removal from the production

  • Loss of payment/refunds

  • Refusal of future service

Locations & Public Filming

R.A.D. Films may film at:

  • Client homes

  • Public locations

  • Outdoor environments

  • Approved third-party locations

Clients requesting specialty/private locations requiring permits, permissions, rentals, or fees are responsible for associated costs unless otherwise agreed.

Public filming conditions may include uncontrollable interruptions such as:

  • Weather

  • Noise

  • Crowds

  • Security intervention

  • Lighting/environment changes

R.A.D. Films is not responsible for uncontrollable public filming conditions.

Copyright & Music

Clients are responsible for securing rights to any copyrighted:

  • Music

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Licensed content

R.A.D. Films does not provide copyrighted music licensing.

Content using copyrighted materials without proper rights may not be suitable for public/commercial posting.

Force Majeure

R.A.D. Films is not liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control including:

  • Severe weather

  • Power outages

  • Fire

  • Government restrictions

  • Illness

  • Emergencies

  • Equipment failure

  • Natural disasters

  • Location closures

Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule affected productions whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability

R.A.D. Films is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Lost profits

  • Missed opportunities

  • Client misuse of deliverables

  • Third-party platform issues

  • Uncontrollable environmental conditions

Participation in productions and use of services is voluntary and at the client’s own discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed under the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

Updates to Terms

R.A.D. Films reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
